We do hope you love your new KampingSucks merchandise as much as we do. However, if you find you are unhappy with it, we can offer exchange or store credit. Please see below for more details.

Return and Exchange Policy

All items must be postmarked for return within 15 days of being marked as delivered by postal carrier. After the 15 day window, we will be unable to process returns. All your item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition to be accepted by our returns department.

If within 15 day window, initiate your return by emailing Support@Kampingsucks.com. Include in your email your order number, name, and the address and the item you will be returning. Please also indicate in this email if you are requesting an exchange or store credit. Once we receive your return, we will respond to this email letting you know we received it as well as let you know if your return has been accepted or rejected. Any follow up correspondence, as needed, will be done through this email.

Please note, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs to you are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We will not be held responsible if we do not receive your returned item.

*In your package, we will need you to include your original packing slip, if available, or a typed or legibly written paper that includes your order number.*

Lost Packages

If your order does not arrive in the expected time frame or is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping company. Once the investigation has completed, which can take up to two weeks, we will respond as follows:
For items lost in transit: We will replace your item if it is still available. For unavailable items we
will offer store credit or refund.
For items that shipping carrier confirms have been delivered to correct address: We will be unable to provide store credit/refund/replacement.
